If you get a modulator, you can then use a splitter on the modulator output (it is an ordinary TV signal) to feed the signal to several TVs, the same way you did before. If you have the new HR20 DVR from DIrecTV, then the s-video output is active at the same time the HD outputs (component or HDMI) are. If you have the older TiVo HR10 model, the s-video output only works if the output is set to 480i, so everything you watch on multiple sets will be "low def".

Some were pretty nasty–Drugs-assault to almost murder ect. Sad they can plead guilty to this and get off of the others.
You would have to ask a lawyer why that works out like it does. I see any sense to it. I am sure they have a reason. I have heard of rape cases plea bargaining down to a lesser charge. I really understand it but I think our Justice system needs repair. Seems many in law or enforcement do. This might be a question for under law forum–why.

I would strongly recommend you get that expunged off your record. It will cost a little bit, but something so minor would be removed without question. Especially if it is interfering with your ability to get or keep a job. Basically you fill out some paperwork, file it at the and you go to a hearing with a judge (no attorney needed) and explain the situation. The judge will then pass an order to have it removed from your record. After that, you never have to claim it again. The filing of the paperwork costs something like $100 to $150, but it if you have a "theft" charge on your record from something as silly as a bounced check.
